“Sure, I’ll introduce you. I’m sure he’d be glad to have another student.” Hmhmhm, this is gonna be good. I can’t wait until tomorrow. Ayame then picked back up her tuna sandwich and went back to eating it as quickly as she could. She had stayed out longer then planned and really needed to get back to her home now, but she was glad that today turned out to be an interesting day.

Pyrick cocked a brow at the girl's enthusiastic demenor. What's she up to? His smile dimmed slightly, but he returned his attention to his salad without a word. "I'm looking forward to it," he muttered after a few bites. She's thinking she gets to watch me get knocked on my ass a few times. Hate to break it to her, but Pyrick Levati........ His thought was cut short as a random thought hit him. Frowning, he glared at his salad, reprimanding himself for thinking like that. I'm going to finish this. I'm going to figure out how to harness that...that whatever it was... And then I'm going to take back what's rightfully mine. No more thoughts about how it was, or how it might be if I can't become stronger. I will be stronger. Having lost his apetite, which was no easy feat, he leaned back and observed Ayame. Tomorrow's going to be an interesting day.

“You better be,” Ayame said after she finished her tuna sandwich. She then used her napkin to wipe the crumbs off the edges of her mouth again. Pyrick will probably learn how to harness his spiritual energy faster then me......since I had some problems to deal with while I was learning how to harness mine, she mentally muttered to herself as she placed down her napkin back on the counter. She then looked at Pyrick smiled. “Cough up the dough buddy,” as she said that the waitress facial expression seemed to scream “FINALLY!” as she waited for them the only two people in the restaurant to pay and leave.

Pyrick snapped out of his reverie and blinked at Ayame. Then he smirked. "Done already, Chickie? " he teased lightly, setting down payment for their meal. Rising he gave her a wink. "Meet me at the inn whenever you want to introduce me to your teacher, Chickie." He looked over Ayame briefly once more. "And get some sleep," he said, strolling to the door arrogantly, "You look like shit." And stepped out of the restaraunt.

Jerk....Ayame muttered in her mind before she waved in a goodbye gesture to the waitress and took her leave from the restaurant. She then walked down the path that lead to her house as a petulant expression can be seen her face from her lack of sleep. She’d talk to her master about Pyrick the next morning and see if he would take him in as a new student.

Pyrick smirked, logically folllowing her train of thought. Stepping into the small inn, he blinked at the inside. It was nicely designed for it's small size. Compensation, he supposed and stepped up to the deskclerk. "One room for the night." The clerkwoman put a key in front of him.
"May I have your name, Sir?" Pyrick gave a curt nod to her and mulled around his thoughts for another name. He didn't think word of the Levati's had gotten around, but he couldn't be sure.
"Pyrick Collins." She jotted down the name and motioned to the elevator.
"Room six, Mr. Collins. We have breakfast service in the mornings, just call down to get a seat."

((*Gets up after getting pounced* Thanks, even though it's another reminder of the oldness to come.))
Ayame yawned slightly as she walked up to the porch of her house and stood at the front door. She took out her keys and jiggled them around in her hand before she picked out the one for the house and used it to open the door. She then walked inside, gently closed the door behind her, and turned around to notice the darkness and silence around the house. Master must be asleep…..I better do the same and then tomorrow I’ll ask him about Pyrick, she mentally muttered, as she walked up the stairs and headed into her bedroom.

((*pushes story to the next day*))
Pyrick slitted one eye against the sunlight flowing through his window. Silently cursing, he sat up, rubbing his head softly. His brain felt like it was pounding against his head. Swearing a little louder, he stood and made his way to the loo. Chickie's going to show up, isn't she? So much for not worrying about...eh, what the hell do I care? Shrugging, he slid on his shirt and picked up the phone. "Table for one?" After listening to the reply, he set the phone back on the reciever and slid on his shoes, heading for the door.

A light can be seen turned on in the kitchen area of the house as Ayame was by the stove and her eyes were locked upon a pot that was filled with boiling water. She had a concerned look on her face as she then reached over to the kitchen counter, grabbed a bowl containing a mixture of ingredients and poured it inside the pot. I hope it comes out right this time…. She thought, haven been awake for about 45 minutes now and had spent 20 of those minutes preparing breakfast.

Pyrick leaned back in his chair, stretching his arms before folding them behind his head. That actually wasn't half bad. I'm surprised. He set the money on the table, beside the tip and bill. Standing, he glanced around the small dining room, wondering just how many guests actually stayed in the inn. With a small smirk, he assumed they didn't get too much business, and strode out the door for a little morning walk to stretch his muscles.

Ayame leaned against the kitchen counter and scratched her forehead as a grim facial expression could be seen on her face. She looked upon the pot that was on the stove, which was filled with some type of porridge, and as it slowly heated she thought back to the numerous times when her cooking ended up coming out terrible. She wondered if this time she would get it right and with the facial expression she was showing right now it seemed like she didn’t have much hope.

The morning sun shone in his face, causing him to squint his emerald eyes against it. Smirking, he looked around the small town. He skimmed the few shops it had, looking for something to remember the place by. Although if this guy agrees to let me train, I won't need a reminder. He let his fingers trail along the chain at his side. Of course I didn't need a reminder of my own turf, either, but here it is. The silver chain had small silver spikes protruding from it here and there. He supposed it could be used as a weapon, but he'd never quiet understood how it worked. Smiling to himself, he skimmed the area for something to claim for himself.

“What’s the poison for today, Ayame?” said a person in his 40’s as he entered the kitchen. He was a fairly muscular bald headed man that had a black robe covering his body and black sandals for footwear. He had piercing black eyes and a certain air to him, as if you could tell he was a man that had a lot of wisdom. Ayame looked at the aged man and breathed out a sigh as she pointed her right index finger at the porridge cooking on the stove. The aged man lips formed a smirk as he nodded. “I see…”

((*has difficulty focusing on your siggy. * It makes my vision kinda blurry.... *stares at it*))
Pyrick tossed the small thing in the air a couple times. He didn't know what the hell it was, but he liked it. He'd ask Ayame when he caught up with her. Or she caught up with him, whichever came first. He tilted the small thing in the light, watching it sparkle skittishly. I definately like it. Now what does it do?
