No this is strictly for US comics. Manga falls into a whole other catagory and can mainly be found under the Anime section, sorry.

Unfortuantely I have to say no to Nightwolf Hiei, this falls under the 'no two near identical' heros rule. Sorry.

Well, I've edited her quite a bit now, so maybe could you check her out again? Please? I'd really like to be able to play her, since this is the only X-Men RP I'm in...

The biggest problem now is the amount of powers you've given her would make her a Super. If you can nix the adamantium and the teleportation then I think I can allow it as long as the enhanced senses and stamina are in her animal forms only. Also there should be some sort of limit to the animal forms, either only so many forms or they are all related (i.e. dog forms) or something like she can only shift into things of the same size she is i.e. human sized, just something so it's not so unlimited. Frankie, at this time I'm not allowing made-ups in general. Hiei PM'd me for permission before submitting his made-up. Also if you are wanting a firestarter there are several already in the Comic worlds including Pyro (who is not a super because he only controls not creates fire), and there are others. If you do a search on wikipedia you can find most any power type you are wanting Sorry again.

I can do the limitations on her animal forms. She can only transform into mammals, is that okay? I can get rid of the teleportation, but I really don't want to get rid of her adamantium claws, since, if they were only bone, they wouldn't be all that strong...

The adamantium just doesn't make much sense, there's been no cases I can think of where adamantium naturally occured in a mutant... Both cases I know of are experimentations. Would you settle for something steel or the like? Since we know a steel-like mutation is possible as exampled by Colossus. Mammals is still a very wide variety but for now I'll allow it, just don't go overboard. OK all good now Hiei, Approved

Question, for when/if I ever want a third character...
Can char. #3 be neutral? Example: The Punisher isn't really a villain, but he really isn't a hero, either. He just blows stuff up.

Hero vs Villian is just a base classification, so yeah you could do someone who's basically a Neutral like Punisher. Now as for X-23. The reason I classify Wolverine as Super is his healing ability not his adamantium skeleton. Based on that X-23 would be a Super as well since her Healing is actually of stronger potential, not to mention her lethal training. She just has a bit more of weakness than Wolfy Also I'm a bit confused... She had claws naturally? Is that how they explain Wolverine's claws? Just adamantium coated natural claws? I never knew that... Hmm. Let me read her over again... I'm not sure I'm keen on having so many Wolverine like folks that are attatched/protective of him etc.

Originally I thought that Wolverine's claws were a result of the experiment, but according to X-23's page and Wolverine's (as I recall. It's been a while since I was at Wolverine's), the claws are part of the mutation.
I thought it might be fun giving Lone Wolf some competition. Still, I guess I'm okay classifying X-23 as a super, and I'm also okay with going with another character, if that's what you want. I had a backup.

I'm going to allow her, since she's not look to Wolverine exactly as a mentor, just remember that we don't want too much sameness going on with these two characters folks and we should be fine. Should be interesting in fact and it might work best if you introduce X-23 as newly arriving at the mansion rather than as having been there long, let nightwolf be the more established and the plot could run really well

Maybe not newly arriving, but not having lived there long? Sound good?
Edit: In answer to your question in the Marvel profiles, yeah, Daredevil is going to be in New York.
I have to go do some things, though, so I may not post with either of the characters until later today, or even until tomorrow.

OK folks the 'popular' poeple are up for grabs once more. 1 more is available to anyone interested. Though the rules for Supers and opposing types etc are still in effect.

Hmm on the topic of Enchantress... I'm going to have to say no Lob, based on the fact she is a Super. I'm still only allowing one super per person and you have Spidey filling that Plus the whole gods thing... I'm not sure about allowing them at all. I hadn't realized there was a set of comics based around gods. I'm only vaguely familiar with the character Thor but my understanding of him was he was a normal enough guy until he invoked the Hammer. I'll have to give some though to if and how to allow God characters.
