I beleive I am done! Please go to www.wikipedia.org for information on comic characters (<-- search that) if you are having trouble finding what/who you want. There is a TON of stuff there for just about every character ever made by the big comic companies.
To request a little known character... You must also play a relatively well known character. And you must be able to provide me proof that the little known one is an actual character by one of the comic companies. (A website link to someone else's site about the character or mentioning the character will do fine - Wikipedia is an Excellent source!!!!) And you must provide a physical description if a picture is not available.
To have more than 2 characters at least 1 must be of opposing alliance/type but only 1 must be opposing unless you have over 6 then 2 must be opposing.
For every 3 characters (hero or villian) at least 1 must be of opposing gender.
Example for 3 charries- 2 female heroines and 1 male villain.
Example for 6 charries- 3 female & 2 male villians and 1 female hero.
Example for 7 charries- 3 male & 2 female heros, 1 male & 1 female villian.
Superheros (vs Heroes) will be awarded on a merit basis. Same with Supervillains (vs Villains) I reserve the right to put a Super back up for adoption if the person playing them does not keep up with the RP.
Examples- Superman is a Superhero, Iceman is a Hero - Magneto is a Supervillain, Sandman is a Villain
NO powers will be allowed that have not been assigned by the original creator of the character. Any powers that are iffy (one comic set has them, another doesn't) I will decide if they will be allowed or not.
Made-ups are Not allowed at this time, if need be I may alter this later.
And not to be mean but brand new folks to the site will only be allowed 1 character until we've seen your writing ability then I will consider allowing more.
No one person may have more than one character with the same powers. Example, someone may not play both Superman and Bizarro Superman, or Spiderman and Venom etc.
Absolute must have info for a profile sheet -
Owner:
Hero Name:
Real Name:
Age:
Picture/Description:
Personality:
Alignment/Rank: (Hero, Supervillian, Neutral etc)
Group: (if they are in a group list it if not then this should read Unaffiliated)
Powers:
Weaknesses:
Love to have but not strictly required information -
Family:
Background: (how they got thier powers etc)
Other: (anything else you think we should know)
And finally a temporary rule... For the 1st month or so of play I will only allow each member 1 of the really well known Heroes and/or 1 of the really well known Villians. This is so that at least initially everyone should be able to get at least 1 of thier favorite comic characters. Maybe not your first choice but at least 1 you really like.
