((Mm, as for what Rinne would think of him, she really only likes vampires, and knows her place in the social ladder, but doesn't really appreciate being looked down on because of age. X3 Then she gets ticked off. So really, her opinion of darling Mr. Wroth would change depending on her mood, but she'd like him. ))

((-coughs- Okay...how about this? Paraphrase stole a newly developed prototype weapon from the Church, some kind of laser gun that affects vampires adversely, about a month ago. The Church would be rather eager to get this item back, before their enemies learned too much...
What I'd need to know is who did the deed and how they did it. Was anyone killed? My thoughts were that a member or two of Paraphrase would have been caught on camera --if not in the actual building, then perhaps whoever was waiting with the getaway vehicle parked in an unlucky spot. Or maybe several slayers noticed the van as they went about their business. The Slayers would have then tried to find out if the culprit(s) had any habits, through their network --do any of these people frequent the same bar or nightclub, or attend a church regularly, or are seen on a certain subway around the same time every day? Then the Church can send out a group of Slayers to attempt to capture the person. They'd probably prefer that their victim not be a vampire, just because they're damnably hard to hold, but they'll take what they can get :B
...did that make sense? ^^;; Do I have any volunteers?))

((Makes perfect sense.
Mora (human) and S'ven (vampire) usually handle retrievals and break-ins, so it was most likely one or both of them (if only one, Mora would be your best bet, S'ven doesn't like to work alone). Vi (lycan) usually handles transportation, so he could have been spotted with the get-away vehicle. It's up to Kuro wether or not Rinne was with him.
As for places they frequent, S'ven loves nightclubs and I'll invent one specific one for him to attend frequently if you like. As for Mora and Vi, I'll have to ask Flew and Chibs.))

((Rinne likes tagging along to all the missions she can incase someone gets too close and finds out too much. It makes finding the right people to get information from easier, and finding Paraphrase harder. :3 ))

((Meh, forget it. *Intros her charry*))
"That's no surprise, Mora," a deep voice said softly, from a corner of the room.
Sebastian Wroth traced into the opposite corner, materializing swiftly. His storm grey eyes were cold and emotionless as he regarded the others indifferently.

Sebastian's entrance hardly phased Rinne. She was quite used to it, and while she didn't quite enjoy phasing, it wasn't a foreign concept to her either. "Good evening, Mr. Wroth." She didn't look back at him, but instead continued to stare at their commander. Idle fingers languidly drummed against her knees as she waited for the warlock to tell them what exactly was on that small little disk. It was useful, she knew, or else they wouldn't have been asked to 'reclaim' it.

"Sir, we did go through great pains to retrieve that thing," S'ven began, irritation showing in his voice. He payed not the slightest bit of attention to Sebastion, not for any ill will between them, but simply because when he became aggitated he tended to tune everything else out. "Don't you think you owe us an explanation?" He waved a hand towards his singed silver locks. "Mora even burnt my hair in the escape!" Granted it would grow back while his slept, but that wasn't really the point.

What a dreadful loss, Sebastian thought sadistically, keeping the comment to himself. He wasn't really in the mood to anger anyone right now, he had only just been about find someone to feed on when the others had arrived.
He nodded curtly at Rinne, acknowledging her greeting, then turned to their leader.
So you sent them to retrieve a disk with information that even they know nothing about? That is quite unlike you...Though it is a very good method of testing loyalty...

"It is hardly any of your concern at the moment," Karis spoke finally. "You will know when I deem the time right."

"So you're not going to tell them?" Sebastian asked flatly, folding his arms.

"It does not appear to be so, Sebastian." Rinne said more languidly, bony fingers drumming against her knee in erratic rhythm. It was obvious Karis had no intention of telling the rest of Paraphrase what they had retrieved, much less why they retrieved it. Oddly enough, it didn't bother Rinne in the least. It was simply how things were. "And if anyone should understand that, it would be you, kind Mr. Wroth." It was only until after she had spoken that Rinne realized she articulated that thought aloud. With a light shrug of her shoulders, the vampire did what anyone else would do-- pretended it never happened.

"This affair is none of your concern," Karis said, turning to retreat into his private quarters. On his way to across the room he bumped into the couch, dropping the disk. He quickly picked it up and continued across the room. Pausing in the doorway to his study he added, "Yet."
Mora mumbled slightly when Karis hit the piece of furniture, then she opened her eyes completely. "Thanks a lot,"She muttered as Karis retreated into the back room. "So, what'd I miss?"She asked, turning to the others.

Sebastian gave Rinne a cold glare, then turned to watch Karis leave. Nice move, he thought dryly as their leader stumbled. When Karis was out of the room, he spoke again. "I never implied that I did not understand him, Rinne...But the difference between us is that he is our leader, and ought to be entitled to explain to us just what it is he is doing."
