"So basically, it depends on how many are involved in the story with your character?" Lob felt he understood. "Before you go Miss Kuro, can you or Miss Stardragon think of anything else I might oughta know before I get started?" Lob looked up like he was thinking of other questions. " Like, I dunno, stuff like character creation, joining a story," his eyes lowered back down," you know stuff like that"

Kuro nodded every so often as Lob spoke, just to let him know he was on the right track. "We have classes pinned up in some other boards about character creation, and I do believe Pyris is teaching a class or two soon about the very subject."

"I went and checked out the other boards," Lob could hardly contain himself. "and I found a setting that sounds like alot of fun. It's the Inuyasha/Kingdom Hearts crossover. " His expression drops a little. "Only problem is it looks like its master has given up on it. The last post is the master asking if he should delete the board." Lob raised his left hand up about half way in front of him palm up. "So, should I send him a PM letting him know I'm interested," Then he raised his right hand as if he were weighing the two questions. "or should I just post a profile, and get started hoping he notices and continues on with it?"

Christine looked up "I am part of that one... well i have an approved character... i just haven't worked out how to start" She winced at her own laziness. "Been to lazy and well... tied up with health issues to work a post out."

"You'd PM the roleplay master and hope for the best." Kuro answered casually. "Of course, if all else failed, you could ask to take over the board. Then it'd be your responsibility to keep it going."

"But PM'ing the current Master first is always best. Frequently they have simply given up getting enough members to have a fun RP. I know from experience it is very hard to keep an RP interesting with only 2 members." Star said. "But if they have truly given up on it they should tell you in reply and you could then ask the Headmistress for permission to take the Master position over yourself."
"on the subject of Character creation, there is indeed a class on it but I'll give you two really good tips about mistakes that many a newbie makes. 1- Everybody has flaws. Be they physical, emotional or psychological, everyone has them. 2- Detail Detail Detail! Always give as much detail as you can, though don't go overboard with pages and pages of it unless it's really needed to full flesh out the character. Everything else I'll leave for the other class to teach you." Star said and sat back a bit looking happy with herself and the world in general.

Lob listened to the teachers' advice carefully. "Well I don't think I'm ready to control a story myself yet." He then changed his expression to a curios one. "I went ahead and made a profile for that story, and was wonderin if one of you might check it over for me? You know, tell me what I did right or wrong. It's in the Crossovers Inuyasha/Kingdom Hearts "Those Without Hearts Profiles" section" He leaned back and waited for their review.

"I certainly could look it over for generalities but I'm not familiar enough with KH to be able to judge it based on the two series." Star replied with a half smile.

"Don't worry too much about it. I'm just wanting ta make sure I'm doing things right, But any advice you could offer would be appreciated." Lob sounded interested.

Star nodded. "I'll give it a look over as soon as I have a chance to." She replied with a smile. "Now who can tell me what the most common type of magical character in Historical RP is?"

"Oh thats right." Lob's face a turned little red from embarassment. "This is a historical class. Sorry Miss. Stardragon." He then thumbed through his text book again. "Wizards? are they most common." Then his eyes lit up like he had just gotten an idea. "Or maybe goblins, or Unicorns, or dragons, ooh ooh, what about minotaurs, and cyclops's, or....." Lob sort of trailed off counting on his fingers and in his head, quietly muttering.

Star looked over the other students but none seemed inclined to answer and so she finally nodded slightly at Lob's seemingly never ending list. "Actually in my experience dragons are the most popular of all magical beings in Historical Rps. Though unicorns and spell-casters would be close seconds." She interrupted Lob. "Does anyone know the least popular ones?"

"Let me know if you would like to hear my answer," Lob said with an excited grin on his face."but I think I'll give someone else a chance on this one." Lob could hardly contain himself from all the different overlooked and underrated magical creatures he could think of.

Suddenly, there was a loud crash. SD had fwumped to the floor. For no apparent reason, she'd fallen asleep at the doorway, and Lob's jostling had only moved her just enough to set her teetering at the apex of a fall. She'd finally crossed the threshold, and gravity overcame friction.
"Whoa!!! Who-what-when--Hah?!" she sat up, having no idea where she was.
Then it cleared. "Oh! Oh, jeez...My bad!" SD scrambled into a sitting position on the floor, grinning sheepishly.
