When SD crashed Star could only grin at the other teacher in amusement, but they she and Pyris were gone. Off to another class or two no doubt. Star didn't allow for duplicates in her class. Looking back to her students she found that Lob had vanished as well and only Christine remained.
"Well class is dismissed in that case." Star said with a self-depreciating chuckle. "Off to your next class, which ever it might be." She added waving Chirstine and any ghostly remants of the other sort-of students out of the room.

Kumo walked down the hallway of the role play academy and sighed in annoyance. “I still haven’t figured out how I managed to get here from the Dojo.” Kumo muttered to herself quietly as she leaned against her locker. “Ah well that bonehead Sesshoumaru wasn’t even paying any attention to me.” Kumo then sighed again already showing a dislike of one the teachers.

Gregorz just got out of bed and went to the Historical RP class doorway and realised it had already started and said to himself "Man why today." And asked the teacher "Excuse me are there any seats left i would love to learn about historical RP but i bet i missed a lot."

Stardragon looked up from her desktop, and then around at her empty classroom. "Actually all the seats are open. You must be new, I'm Stardragon, or Star. Welcome to Harebell's." She said with a smile as she motioned the young man inside the room. "There was a bit of a class earlier but that's ok we can start again with any questions you might have." She added, her eyes lighting up with delight at having a student to teach.

Gregorz managed a smiled and said "The names Gregorz and i think you should look after my cane as i dont think your not allowed weapons in class except the dojo." Gregorz took his seat and then asked "I would love to know what people are great to roleplay as, im quite intrigued like i think knights are quite good characters to roleplay as but farmers and non fighter people are good to roleplay as too, so in your opinion what is the best people to roleplay as."

Star made a tsking sound. "First thing to learn is to use proper capitalization and punctuation." She said with a slight smile. "Try typing your post into Microsoft Word or some such program, they will automatically want to correct these things and by looking at what it wants to correct you can learn to see and fix it on your own. Now for a favorite Historical type character... That would have to be the a toss up, in a myth and reality mix RP I prefer a wizard or sorceress. In a strictly realistic RP it would have to be a peasant with attitude." She explained and awaited a reply.

Gregorz thought about it all and then said "Hmmmm yeah those seem like good choices thank you Stardragon, oh and also i want to know how to do battle scenes if i were to coose a knight, i just need a few pointers."

"Battle scenes are generally done in a turn based style when you RP." Star began explaining. "This means that whomever's turn it is they list what movements they are making, then the other player responds with their own reactions and counter moves."
"However unless the character you are attacking is also your own then you may only attempt to strike or otherwise attack another person's character. This means that you may say your characters threw a roundhouse at the other but you may not say it connects and knocks them out. The player of the charcter must decide that or it is called God-moding. Likewise they can not assume damage to your character." She further explained. "There are cases where the combat has been ongoing and the positions of the chracters makes it allowable for you to say your characters attack connects, but you still may not say what damage is accrued, that is up to the player of the attacked character."
"Do you understand? Or would you like an example?" Star asked finally, not wishing to be overly explanatory and thereby confusing, but wanting to make sure the information was clear.

"Very well I'll write out an action scene example using the characters Ay and Be." Star said.
Ay crouched into a low karate style stance, circling around Be.
Be grimaced and also took up a stance those hers was higher and more of a tai-kwan-do stance.
Ay waited for his moment, he circled until he thought he saw a weak point in Be's stance and with a swift kick he lashed out at the leg apparently supporting Be hoping to knock her to the ground and then rush in.
But Be was waiting for just that sort of a move and with a quick dodge she avoided Ay's leg sweep and responded with a quick fist jab at the leg that was now passing by her own.
Ay grimaced in pain as Be's strike glanced along his calf, not causing much damage but stinging nonetheless. Keping his momentum he swung around with the sweep but switched legs bringing the injured on under him and swepping the other out, using his hands to brace him, in a second attempt to sweep Be's legs out from under her.
Be had not expected the continuing sweep and she only partially avoided it. One leg went out as the other tried to take over her balance, causing her to twist painfully but allowing her to remain on her feet and facing Ay.
"That is a hand to hand style example of course but the basic limitations and styling of it should hold true across most all forms of combat RP." Star concluded with a smile for Gregorz.

Gregorz smiled back and then said "Wow your such a great teacher, in the space of twenty minutes i have learned a lot and i salute you." He then said a bit later "Is it alright if i head for the dojo now to test out my combat skills a bit more."

Star nodded a bit puzzled by the abruptness. "Certainly, though I recommend caution with the Dojo Masters, they don't care for silly theatrics too much. And watch that punctuation." She said with smile and a wave shooing the young man off.

What a day this is gonna be. Abbott thought to himself as he sighed, pushing open the door and marching down the hallway. There was a sort of strut to his walk, but the fact that his lips were curved into a disgusted grimace at the thought of being "taught" by anybody made him seem like a real monster.
"They can teach me anything they want, but if they think they can make me their personal slave they got another thing coming."
His arms folded over his chest as his cold eyes peered around him. Half speaking to himself, he said aloud, "This stuff isn't too hard...It shouldn't take very long, unless I'm extra retarded today."
He snarled slightly, still not happy about having to take a class like this. How...degrading for him. He scuffed the floor with his shoe a little and forced himself to keep walking down the hallway.
