In a private sector....
The Moderator was surrounded by many data screens showing what has recently happened in the Virtual World. As her eyes were intently reading the various screens, her lips curved into a small smirk. Hmm, my brother just logged off recently. He’s usually on for a longer period of time. Strange.
Then using a simple hand motion, she brought another data screen in front of her eyes. I see Iggy and Reikas also met in the same area my brother was in. I wonder what they were talking about…. Probably about the damage that occurred in Salem yesterday. Whoever did it is lucky I wasn’t logged in.
As she brought another data screen to her eyes, she began to track who did it. All she had to do was trace his or her IP address. She had already gotten the IP address of every Hacker and Anti-Hacker she knew. Even if they tried to use programs that changed the IP addresses constantly. She could still track them so it wasn’t any use. The only ones that were safe from her tracking skills were the new Anti Hackers and Hackers that haven’t been identified.
Floating gently in the air as her black angel wings flapped gracefully, Alexis closed her eyes and shook her head. “Bingo.” She found her little Hacker that did the damage. Hmhmhm, Onyx is being a bad boy. I wonder if I should set him straight.
Luckily for Onyx, Alexis was going to wait until he logged into a training zone. She didn’t want to cause damage to the Tyoko area. Speaking of which, she wondered when Reikas was going to find out about the damage she did in Yorktown. She may have gone a little overboard asserting her authority.

===Training Post===
"Witch!" the strangely dressed man screeched, running at him with a dull axe in hand. Finishing his transformation, Gatlin dodged the flailing weapon narrowly. Grunting, he leapt upon the other's back, yanking his head backwards until a low crack signified the damage had been done. Kicking off, he sent the NPC to the ground as he landed gracefully in the mud. Idly remembering he was still entirely drenched, he shook his hand off before his skin melded into fur as he once again reverted to the form of a horse. With a solid kick to the NPC, it was KOed.
With a grunt, he trudged on, looking for something else to make him stronger.

As Reikas continued to repair the Salem damage, vowing with ever minute that passed that A) He was going to kill this kid, Onyx, and B) He was going to train an assistant to help him with this, fellow Creators be damned. They didn't even know whether he was a guy or not, anyway.
I wonder what it is about me that gives them the impression that I'm a girl. I mean, people don't usually change gender, and I thought I had the guy personality down...Maybe I do sound like a girl posing as a guy...
"Ow!" A loud ping in his right ear made Reikas jump, and curse. He made another vow to change his alert sound, and quickly accessed the message that had been automatically sent to him.
He scowled darkly. Alexis, looks like I'm gonna kill you, too, he thought to himself. God, just because you have too much power doesn't mean you should use it to destroy my buildings!! He sat back, and sighed, scowling. This will take all weekend...Looks like no fun for me...Joy.

Onyx stood in a neon-lit arcade, wondering if he should log out or visit the Hacker HQ first. HQ was in Salem, and he'd messed that up fairly badly the other day. Frowning, he pulled his hair up into a ponytail, to remove it from his face. He really hated his hair sometimes. He considered getting it cut on several occasions, but stopped caring before he actually went through with it. It wasn't a big deal, anyway. It's not like he couldn't put up like this.
With a bored frown, he walked out of the arcade. He skimmed his Player Killing Sheet, and tilted his head to the side. Had he really taken out 5 yesterday? He glanced over at his total: 103. One hundred and three kills in the Virtual Realm. Had it really been that many? His kills had multiplied when he had finally agreed to join up with the Hackers. They had plenty of benefits for the powerfully-endowed. He hadn't started up to Player Kill.. and he didn't particularly care about the Anti-Hackers or the Hackers, really. He supposed his lack of caring is what earned him his wretched popularity. Idiotic lowbies always came to him to challenge him in pointless battles, dying within a few hits and coming back after they had started over. The Hackers took pride in him, but he didn't see why. He didn't give a damn about the Hackers and what they were trying to accomplish.
He was there to fight... and that was all.
With a small roll of his shoulders, he headed for a transporter. He had to go to HQ to log out, anyway.

Reikas cracked his knuckles, deciding that that was enough for now. The windows were still broken, but the main structure of the buildings was restored, and they would hold for the lower-level fights. Of course, what with this being Salem and all, it wasn't exactly likely that was a common occurrence, but a Vampire could dream.
He stood, and made his way back out into the open, stretching his cramped wings. He looked around at all his repairs. it didn't look half-bad now, but it could still use a lot of work. Work that he really didn't feel like doing. Not now that there was a huge gaping hole awaiting regeneration in another Zone...

Stepping from the transporter, Onyx stretched his arms warily. Somebody pretty strong was nearby. Stronger than him, at least, so there was reason to be cautious. Had the Anti-Hackers come looking for him again? That's one thing he really didn't want to put up with at the moment. Hadn't Salem taught them a lesson? The streets were muddy from rain and the NPCs seemed to be ... well, gone. Was someone training? With his curiosity slightly peaked, he looked around for who'd taken out all the NPCs. This was only a mid-level Area, but obviously someone powerful found a reason to be there.
He wound up walking the streets, his hands stuck into his pockets and his boots making a spliching sound as they pressed into the soggy ground. He didn't see anyone here. Hearing the huff of an animal, he turned the corner, coming face to face with a slightly smaller-than-average black horse. He would've just passed the animal on if it hadn't been for one thing: those striking green eyes that were looking directly at him.
"How'd you get ahold of that? You're not strong enough for a program of that caliber," he said flatly.
---
Startled slightly by the man's abrupt presence, the boy was surprised that this man also saw through his program. That was the second time today, even if the other time had been an obvious giveaway. Slowly, a dark mane began to dissapear, leaving behind blue hair as bony wings sprouted from his shoulderblades. Lowering himself to sit, his arms rejointed themselves and shortened to their normal length while his legs did the same. Brown fur blossomed into clothing as his muzzle shrank into his face, turning into the face of Gatlin Tokoro.
With a frown, he looked up into the man's face. "None of your business.... Sir." He stood, not even bothering to touch the mud clinging to his pants. "I have to go train, if you don't mind." Repairs were being done in part of the Area, so some of the NPCs had been turned off. He thought it best to find somewhere else to train. He looks like a Hacker... A strong one. Is he going to fight me, or let me go?
With a low chuckle, the man bent towards the boy's face. "You're afraid of me, aren't you," he stated. It hadn't been a question at all. Green eyes widened before Gatlin looked to the ground. He really was a coward, wasn't he?
"Of course I'm afraid of you. You don't give me reason not to be." Timidly, the blue-haired boy looked back up at this other Player.
Frowning, Onyx looked the boy up and down. "I haven't given you reason to be, either. The program?"
Firming himself, Gatlin straightened and looked into the man's eyes. ".....A gift." Without another word, Onyx stepped aside and watched the boy dart off.
--
A gift, huh? As the boy dissappeared, Onyx shrugged and walked on down the path. I'd bet he doesn't even know how to use it. A gift... I'd bet somebody higher up gave it to him... Maybe I should ask around. Why would somebody give a kid like that a program like that? He passed by the gate to his Sector and glimpsed around, as if he were worried someone would see what he was doing. Then he pressed a branch down and watched the wall open up. HQ was in this little hidden forest.

Reikas jumped again as that same loud PING vibrated through his skull again. He muttered a curse, and looked to his right. that kid had signed in. The message flashing at the bottom of his screen told him so.
He spread his wings, and leapt into the air, gliding off toward the kid's location.

The Hacker Forest, as it had come to be known as, was ghoulish and rather ugly. Webs cluttered the trees, signifying excessively large spider nests and with Salem's always-glum weather, it made the place look even more morbid. It was damp from the rain and the trees seemed to grab at one as one passed through. Creatures that usually didn't inhabit Salem lurked here, by choice of the Hackers. There were Hackers called 'Gatherers' who went around looking for the strongest monsters to bring back to this Sector. It was like a personally training ground for the Hackers themselves. It was where Onyx usually trained, himself.
With a slight frown, silver eyes surveyed the Sector. There didn't seem to be any NPC opponents out. Looks like stock is running low. Without much care, he tromped through the trees, not even caring to bat away the branches that brushed against him at every move. Why did he always have to look for the damn building? Paranoid Hackers always moving the stupid thing.

Having created said trick wall that led to said forest, Reikas easily followed Onyx, not perturbed at all when the player seemed to disappear from the Zone.
He flinched as the internal PING irritated him again upon opening the wall and stepping into the forest, signifying that Onyx was once again near. He froze right then and there and manually changed it to a softer ringing noise and lowered the volume.
In a bad mood, he drew his sword and hacked way at the low lying tree branches, detecting several dangerous monsters in the area and carefully avoiding them to pursue Onyx.

Frowning, Onyx picked up the signal of a very powerful player. It was stronger than even the Hacker Command.... meaning.. Oh fuck. What's a Creator doing here? Stopping, he waited for the Creator to come to him, seeing as it was intent on following him. If it wanted to punish him, it would've simply banned his IP, right? Unless it just wanted to berate him or kill him. With a shrug, he leaned up against the least-soggy tree he could find, trying to make himself as comfortable as possible. If a Creator wanted him, he or she would get him, whether he wanted them to or not.

Reikas hacked his way through the trees, reminding himself with every swing to polish his sword later. Every other weapon in the virtual world was designed to not dull, but he liked to be able to toggle that option on or off. The Creators had agreed that it would be annoying to keep taking care of a weapon in the virtual world, especially if you didn't know how. But Reikas liked that little touch of reality.
Any time he needed to fight, he'd just toggle the automatic repairs back on.
He slowed as he found and approached the player partly responsible for ruining his weekend.
"Onyx Serrigotti..." he began. "High-level player-character and known member of the illegal group the Hackers. Ability Program 'Reaper...' A dangerous character, to be sure...And a loyal player."
He raised an eyebrow. "You were waiting for me? Any idea at all why I'm here?" he asked.

Floating in the sky with her arms crossed against her chest, eyes slightly thinned. Alexis glared intently at the optical data screen in front of her. Whether Reikas or the Hacker knew it or not, she was watching them. Whenever she was not disciplining another player or multiple players, she just watched the Virtual World from her own private sector until she was needed. Only the other creators knew how to enter it. Onyx is lucky Reikas got to him first. I suppose it’s for the best though, at least that Hacker doesn’t have to worry about personal deletion by me. I'm getting tired of these Hackers destroying the areas with their battles. she thought.

Onyx straightened from his soggy tree and cocked an eyebrow. "The Zone Specialist, huh? I suppose it would have something to do with the damage I helped deal to Salem the other day. Seeing as you haven't banned my character, I'm guessing you either, A) wish to kill me, B) Want something from me, C) Are going to give me some type of warning." Not one to talk so much on a normal occasion, he just shrugged instead of listing anything else. I waited because he'd catch me no matter where I went. I'm not stupid. Why is he surprised?

((They reset. Completely. Anything they have acquired throughout their time in the Virtual Realm will not return with them, if they return at all. *there is that small chance that their nervous system thinks they're actually dying, and kills them in the Reality Realm*))
